Did a search on week or so I’m going to be in the area 29 ladies came up 14 have AVAILABLE label on them. any difference? Did the search a few times it changes slightly?

The “available” tag indicates that a lady is currently at the ranch and presently available.
When you search to see which ladies will be available on specific future dates, ALL of the resulting ladies will be available on those dates. Some of the ladies resulting from that search will have the “available” tag, but that just means that they’re at the ranch now in addition to being available on those future dates – it doesn’t mean that the ladies who do not have the “available” tag will not be available on those future dates.
