I’m planning a trip to Vegas this year as always and of course plan on taking a trip out to the ranch to see the beautiful Kennedy Wood and I usually stay at hotel as it’s a little over a hour drive to vegas. not 100% sure when yet but probably in the may to sept range ,last year I did my vegas trip week of labor day/birthay week and had a lot fun on my birthday so may do that again unsure of exact time frame yet

Inspired by the celebrations of Rio de Janeiro, Rio & Romance brings samba rhythms, carnival games, theatrical entertainment, and immersive evening shows together into one lively weekend.

Event Details
Night 1 – The Streets of Rio
Friday night opens with the bright energy of Carnivale. Guests are welcomed by a live drum line before stepping into an outdoor festival atmosphere filled with music, games, and roaming performers.Throughout the evening, guests can explore carnival midway games and enjoy Samba and Tango dance lessons inside the tent before the evening’s procession begins.
As the drums build, dancers and musicians lead the crowd into the tent where the night’s feature show unfolds.
Friday’s lineup includes a live drum line, samba dancers, a high energy hula hoop performance, a live vocalist, and African acrobats.
Dinner will be available after 6 p.m. with multiple premium food stations and snacks available throughout the night.
Night 2 – Midnight in Lapa
Saturday night takes on a more atmospheric mood. Inspired by the nightlife districts of Rio, the setting becomes more intimate as the evening unfolds.Guests once again move through the outdoor festival area with carnival games, music, and roaming performers before a lantern lit procession leads everyone into the tent for the evening show.
Saturday’s performance includes a live drum line, a fire dancer, an LED performer, a tango showcase, and a Capoeira performance.
Dinner begins at 6 p.m. with gourmet cuisine and two complimentary drinks included.
Each evening offers its own atmosphere while keeping the playful spirit of Carnivale alive. Colorful attire and carnival inspired costumes are welcome but not required.
