I have an appointment with a lovely local, albeit illegal, Courtesan tomorrow and so I have been carefully reading the instructions for the “Autoject 2” device, using water in the Hypo to observe how everything functions. The device has a safety making accidental discharge improbable. Once the trigger is pressed the Hypo’s needle is thrust forward and then a second spring dispenses the Medication.There is a built-in indicator that shows when the Hypo is empty. It is an ingenious and seemingly foolproof device.
