I use a 1 ml/cc capacity Insulin Syringe with a 1/2″ 30 gauge needle. My Prostaglandin dosage is .140 ml/cc which fills the syringe only about 5/16″ or 2 hash marks past 10 (14 units). My initial dosage was .125 ml/cc.
If Prostaglandin and Trimix dosages are similar .5 cc is an extreme amount of the drug (one-half the capacity of my syringe)… are you sure you aren’t using .05 cc? The number 10 on a 1 cc Insulin Syringe designates 10 units or .1 cc.
