This is a sensitive topic & Flint is bold to tackle it & present his stance. Tats are a choice that mark you for life(good or bad). Many heavily tatted-up folks only get feedback in the form of dirty looks or comments from straight-shooters. Many non-fans find the obligatory & cliche factor dull. Many people prefer multiple tats on sexual partners. Nearly every NBA player has sleeves & that is conformist/boring. I’m open-minded, yet will keep comments to myself when I see tats that are dumb or ugly on men or women. I have 3 with no regrets & am ready for any negative feedback . I like Akira’s & feel they suit her nicely. I liked Amy Winehouse’s tats. Such a touchy topic . They are a mark of personal expression.
