Your best bet would be to stop on Blue Diamond road on your way out of Vegas, just before you leave civilization there is a Terrible’s gas station on the left side of the road. From there to the next bathroom it’s about 45 minutes to the Lakeside Casino on Homestead road (make sure you go in the Casino side and not the gas station, there are no bathrooms there).
