I have been in a situation where I had a party that was less than satisfactory, I would say that it was 15% my fault, but 85% the ladies fault. She was a relatively new girl and during the negotiating we discussed what a wanted, in this case half/half. I need a little work to get things going and every party that I have had the lady can put the condom on and start the process. In this case she tossed the condom at me and said put it on? I asked her to help with that, but she refused thus the party basically ended with nothing happening. I did not say anything at the time, but I chalked it up to shit happens and I wasted my money. I do not think there was anyway that I could have known this ahead of time?
