What I’m hoping to do is purchase certificates or vouchers over the phone in a 3-4 month period. This would be a few thousand $’s, as I don’t want to bring that kind of cash with me. And sending the vouchers to me in mail I could pay the taxes on the amount (I’m Canadian). So you see why I could prefer to do it this way. I will call in the next day or 2 to see if this can be done.
