I would think the dental dam or female condom would protect the other person fairly well from the fluids because the way it’s designed, anything coming out of you will either get caught in the dam itself or drip down. If you’re particularly worried, saran wrap and a towel will do the trick. It works just as well and you can use it to better cover the area 🙂
