You have gotten some great help! One word of advice I can add being a shy type myself, don’t be! Lol pretend you are another person, nobody is there to judge you and who knows how many people you meet you will actually see again. Put the confidence in full gear and just go for it. You don’t have to change who you are but for this once in a lifetime experience change how you present yourself and interact. I try to be more social and create conversations I normally don’t do in the “real world”, if you saw me outside of the ranch well you probably wouldn’t cause I’m so quiet!
