Thanks everyone for their advice, it is really appreciated. Mav, I certainly understand why the girls would not speak of the premium. Perhaps I will rent a car, although I hate driving, especially in cities and in unfamiliar places. It will depend on my final budget, which I won’t really know until February or March.
