Hi,

I recently bought a Nintendo 3ds xl and it has the parental lock on it. I called Nintendo and they gave me a master key to put in but that didn’t work.
I checked the date & location and its correct.
Is there something else I can do to get the parental lock off and I cant do anything on it?
