Voters must be included on the Official Registered Voters List for LPIN 2018 Awards for their ballots to be counted. http://lpinawards.com/index.php?topic=227.0
The list of “Nominees for 2018 Courtesan, Brothel & Rural Brothel of the Year Awards” will be posted at the conclusion of the Nomination Round, so no candidate will have an edge. If a continuous list were posted and updated during the Nomination Round, candidates who are nominated early in the round would be repeatedly seen by voters throughout the nominating round; therefore, it’s an undesirable advantage.
