Sheri’s accepts credit cards!!! 🙂 That was something I didn’t know on my first trip and I had the same worries as you have. I had most of the cash I needed, but was short only because I couldn’t take more out of my account on that particular day, already having made a withdraw earlier. Since then, I’ve used my credit card there every time because I earn rewards points on a fairly large transaction and Sheri’s is discreet on the account. It labels the transaction as a sports bar so it kinda makes me look like the hero who bought everyone drinks that night! 😀

In Vegas, don’t stress too much but keep your wits about you. Keeping closer to your wallet is good advice. To curb gambling addiction, I play a certain amount of cash I anticipate losing and when it’s gone, the party’s over. During games, I play my winnings only if I am lucky at the beginning and retain my original bets. If I begin losing to quickly, I walk and never try to win my money back. People on the strip are always trying to sell bogus stuff so be weary and the person dressed up as Elmo is gonna want a tip if you get take a picture.

Hope that helps! Have fun!
