I’m just going to jump in here and clarify a few facts. The NV state statute says that there is no transfer of body fluids. That is what makes LPIN allowed. None of the ranches condone BBBJ, DFK or DATY without protection ie…. dental dams and condoms. There is no transfer of bodily fluids. If any Independent contractor offers you a BBBJ, DFK, DATY she is offering it to everyone and that should be a red flag to you. You should walk her then let management know. You can contract an STD in your mouth because it is a mucus membrane. If you go to the CDC website you can educate yourself with the actual facts. In my opinion NO sexual activity is worth the risk.
Firefighter as always very informative..
Its my first post back to the new forums, version 3.0 for me, and I’m gonna start by stirring it up a bit and with the woman I loving have tagged “The Queen Bee”. Dena I love ya girl, it has been entirely too long, I miss you much and can’t wait to catch up with you soon. Nonetheless being a bit of an academic and being accused, time immemorial, of being anal retentive ( to wit my reply ” Not my fault I was toilet trained at gunpoint”) I am going to agree and disagree with you here.
First,
I’m just going to jump in here and clarify a few facts. The NV state statute says that there is no transfer of body fluids. That is what makes LPIN allowed. None of the ranches condone BBBJ, DFK ot DATY without protection ie…. dental dams and condoms.
I have looked at NRS, NAC and Nye County Code and can find no citation of ” No Transfer Of Body Fluids”. Your claim of engaging in certain activities exclusively with the use of dental dams and condoms is most certainly supported in NAC 441A.805 requiring the use of latex or polyurethane prophylactics. Which is supported by NRS 441A.120 under the instruction and authority of the Nevada Board Of Health. All of which positively conclude your claim as to BBBJ’s and DATY. The DFK arena seems a bit more of a gray area, from a legal standpoint, I have found no relevent statute or codified code that addresses this concern with a significant degree of specificity. Your point, contextually speaking, as it applies to certain health hazards are valid, Mononucleosis, Herpes strains, Streptococcal infections Et Al are some on the short(er) list of risks, levels of risk as it pertains to each contagion(s) and their septicity reportedly vary. This seems to be, from my POV, an angle that has yet to be addressed by the State Of Nevada or relevent counties.
This is where good solid individual judgement should come into play. We all know law is law and that…..well is that. Laws are broken as well as observed and its up to the individual(s) to make the choice(s) when they come to the crossroads. All things we do in life carry certain risk(s)………I am making no recommendations as to what decision anyone should come to or make. We are all adults, in the final analysis its up to us, joint and several.
In my opinion NO sexual activity is worth the risk.
Ahem…..hold on right there my lovely……even engaging with the use of prophylactics carries a certain level of risk…. albeit the risk is greatly diminished………the only sure risk free approach is abstinence. Sorry, not ducking here, if I go too long the hams and the roasts at Albertsons start winking at me and the butcher starts looking at me distainfully….there’s a reason I come to see you and the girls….it keeps me from being arrested and the meat cutters union from putting a bounty on my head. LOL!!!
Love you!!!
See you when I can!!!
My Best,
Mav
