Tough question: at one time in the USA it was legal, and in countries where it is legal (as I understand it ) major sex crimes are way down….
I personally believe it should be legal but up to the local voters!

Actually, I am a big believer in State’s Rights! I don’t want to get too political, but the Federal Government should start doing what its supposed to do and individual states rights should be respected.
