The truth is, I genuinely enjoy my work as a courtesan, and it’s a lifestyle I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Here’s why:

One of the most rewarding aspects of my profession is building meaningful, trusting connections with others. This line of work allows me to offer companionship, empathy, and guidance to people seeking authentic interactions. I find immense fulfillment in knowing that I’ve made a positive impact on someone’s life in a direct and measurable way.
At times, I need emotional support too—no one is a robot, after all. This career creates a space for give-and-take relationships, where reciprocal trust and connection become central to every experience. Many of my clients have become longtime friends, and our lives are enriched through my profession.
2. The Gift of Independence
In traditional 9-to-5 jobs, employees often don’t have much say over their schedules. Vacations are restricted, and clocking in and out can feel like being shackled to the demands of a rigid system.
I know this firsthand. In my early twenties, I juggled multiple cleaning jobs on military and corporate bases while attending college at night. I was exhausted, depressed, and constantly at odds with managers about schedules and time off.
That experience solidified my desire to forge a different path. As a courtesan, I have complete control over my schedule. If I want to take a day off or go on vacation tomorrow, I can do that without permission. That freedom is invaluable to me.
3. Business Ownership and Career Growth
Another reason I love this line of work is the endless career possibilities. I’m already a business owner, complete with a legitimate business license. Running my own business empowers me to take charge of my financial future and pursue additional ventures.
Being a courtesan offers opportunities for personal growth, networking, and exploring new career paths. I’m a licensed professional in another field outside of sex work, and I never would have been able to explore that opportunity without the financial freedom and flexible schedule my adult industry job provides.
4. Living Life on My Terms
Society often attaches stigma to this profession, but I see it differently. I use my body as a part of my work, just as others might use their hands or feet in physically demanding jobs. For me, this work represents independence, empowerment, and success.
When people ask if I plan to leave this profession anytime soon, my answer is simple: absolutely not. This is my path, and I’ll continue to walk it proudly for as long as I choose.
For me, this work is more than a job—it’s a way of life built on independence, connection, and endless potential. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
