    I had an appointment with Michelle today and I called the ranch to get a limo ride. To my surprise the lady who answered was quite curt ans told me I can’t be offered a limo pick up from my hotel because I don’t have a local US cell phone for the driver to call me. I offered to share my hotel room number for him to call but that did not help either.

    I see no mention of this requirement on your website or FAQ. Unfortunately I missed my apppointment.



    I have read of that only one other time. How can a driver call an international cell phone without an international calling plan?

    Andy, I’m sorry to hear that you missed your appointment. I always thought the limo would pick up clients from airport or a hotel. The lady who you spoke to on phone could have and should have helped you to find a way to the ranch via limo or other means, not just tell you that you can’t be picked up by limo
