I usually do not post it until the party is over, just for certainty. Too bad there is no private way for board members to meet if their party dates coincide.

Kane you may be onto something. Three ladies seems like a good number, although I might not live to day 5 with your schedule. A more limited budget and stamina would go for the Day 4 party. Now for location, Bungalow or Playland?

I do not believe so. if you bring cash and or credit cards, and stick to your budget, you should be able to pay in full. Besides, how would you know the party cost in advance, when that is determined at negotiation time?
