I have been told that a person hand a lady a script. You should make explicit exactly what things you want to do how long, where and your budget. Do not be embarrassed about any details as the ladies have likely heard it already.

My experience is that it is easier to slowly lose weight and keep if off. How did Destini and Erin do?
