If you are planning a party near sunrise you should book it ahead of time and ask the lady of your choice if she mind having one at that hour. Midnight should be less of a problem.

I do not see why not but it is up to you and your lady to determine that. I really doubt it would disturb them, but perhaps this is a topic that you can email them about before your party.
