I tend to visit in the early evening when it does not seem that busy. It does depends if i visit mid week versus a weekend.

I just prefer an appointment over a lineup. Not enough patience sitting at the bar and winnowing down the choices.

I have had similar problems getting timely responses from the ladies. I cannot tell if it is the mail system or the amount of time each lady used to answer mail per day or week.
